SHIPPING POLICY INFORMATION

Please read the following before placing your order!

Quoted prices and payments are in U.S. dollars only.   Postage, sales tax  (CA only)  will be added to total.   Most of our customers receive their orders within 7-14 days (usually sooner). 

Shipping/handling charge is $9.50 for U.S. Priority mail with delivery confirmation.  (Please add $2.320 for insurance if you like). 

 Please allow 7-14 days for delivery. (It's usually much quicker than that!)  

PLEASE CHECK WITH US FIRST FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING - ITEM MAY HAVE TO BE ORDERED.

Overnight shipping is flat $34.00 by UPS if applicable.  For 2nd Day shipping $28.00 for UPS or Express Mail (which sometimes can make it overnight depending on your zip code).   ~   For outside the United States, please email us for correct shipping/handling for Express Mail or Global Priority service.  Canada $9.00 Small Packet Air air.  Sorry no overnight delivery outside U.S.

For personal checks (U.S. only) please allow 10 days after payment is received before the shipment of your order.

**RETURN POLICY INFORMATION **

Due to state and federal health regulations, return of wigs are only accepted under the following strict conditions:

All original packaging must be included with the wig. The wig must be in brand new, resaleable condition.  Buyer must not try on the wig without using proper protective covering.  The wig should not to touch the bare head, due to sanitary reasons.  You can use a wig cap or a scarf to cover your own hair.

The best case scenario would be that you visit a wig salon near you so you would know before hand the make/style/color of the wig you're interested in purchasing.

**Note: Sales are final for Wigs by Pierre, European Naturals, MoTown Tress, Rene of Paris, Louis Ferre, Raquel Welch and Noriko wigs. They do not take returns!!   No exchange, and no money back.  PLEASE select carefully .**

EXCHANGES ONLY - NO REFUNDS.  Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receipt of wig.   Once you try it on,  just finger-style it and you will be able to see immediately if it's right for you or not.  (Just don't brush and tease it!)  So please let us know right away if you are going to exchange.  Exchanges must be made for an equal or higher value.

If any tags are removed, the wig cannot be returned under any circumstances .  The wig may not have been personally styled, cut, or worn (except to try on).  Please return ship via U.S. Priority Mail.   There is an 10% restocking fee and loss of shipping/handling fees on all returns.

Any wig return must be made within 7 days of the purchase.  Please email your request to  order@deborahswigs.com .    Include price, style, color and reason for exchange and what you would like to exchange it for.   Please ship it back in it's original packaging.

If your exchange is MORE than your original purchase, please include payment in form of check or money order.  

One wig exchange allowed per order (if applies)!  

"These are the policies/guidelines I have set and must abide by, for unfortunately, I have had customers who can't decide which color or style they want.   I know wig selection at times can be quite stressful.  So please, please email me and I will be more than happy to consult with you, aid you in your wig selection and help make this a pleasant experience.  

I understand that sometimes we can't get it right the first time, but I must limit the number of returns in order to keep my prices low.
